Assembly is in Westminster Road from 10.00am, departing at 10.45am. Once at the park there will be a host of family events to keep people entertained. These include a fun fair, children’s entertainment, face painting, craft fairs and other attractions.
This years parade being held on Sunday 22nd April 2018 is our 21st anniversary event.
The Stone Cross St George’s Day Parade was first organised by Mr Mark Cowles and now grown to be the biggest St George’s Day Parade in the World. The 1.8 Mile Route from Stone Cross, West Bromwich to Dartmouth park typically attracts around 25,000 people.
This is a non political event and everyone is welcome.
It is paid for by donations and fundraising events throughout the year.
